Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days after your order is confirmed.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number provided to you via email. Use the Track Order option in your account menu to check your order status.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no upfront payment required.

Returns & Exchanges

The ZESTKICKS FAQ return policy is designed to make sneaker shopping simple, secure, and reliable.

Q: What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Contact us at team@zestkicks.pk to initiate a return. Do not send items back without requesting a return first, as such items will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Yes! The fastest way to exchange is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at team@zestkicks.pk so we can make it right.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at team@zestkicks.pk.
